Environmental Management
Also from the point of view of environment we have optimized our business processes. The focus of activities lies on primarily activities, with which we avoid already environment irksome factors at the source of origin. That refers on one side to the design of our products with materials, which make in the meantime a nearly completely recycling possible. On the other side we work on it to improve the emission balance of our production procedures. To integrate the targets of emission avoidance and resource indulgence completely into the company procedures, we abide by an environment management system according to the internationally acknowledged norm DIN EN ISO 14001.
The feeling of responsibility in opposite to human being and nature has already early led to the binding of the pollution control in our reasoning and acting.
Already 1991 we laid with the initiation of a comprehensive environment strategy the foundation for active pollution control as an unabdicable part of our company management.
In our processing-systems, all swarf and scraps are preprocessed for recycling. Swarf and scraps, are provided to metall-suppliers freely by coolant residue for the remelting process into semi-finished works.
Coolant will be preprocessed and fed back to the cutting process. Exhaust air will recycled. Coolant leftovers from oil fog is fed back to the coolant inventory, by periodic filtering. Warm air is discharged or used for heating.
